Profile of PT Satu Visi Putra Tbk (VISI), Digital Printing Issuer Acquired by Raffi Ahmad

PT Satu Visi Putra Tbk (VISI) has drawn market attention after a majority stake was officially acquired by PT Harmoni Semesta Investama, a company owned by celebrity couple Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina. The transaction, valued at IDR 178.74 billion, makes Harmoni Semesta Investama the new controlling shareholder of VISI. The acquisition was carried out through the purchase of 1.9 billion shares, equivalent to 61.85% of VISI’s stock, from previous shareholder David Dwiputra on 9 June 2026. With this transaction, control of the company has shifted to the investment firm owned by Nagita Slavina and Raffi Ahmad. VISI operates in the supply of digital printing materials. Its product range includes banners, ink, displays, and PVC boards, which are marketed to digital printing businesses across various regions. Through this corporate action, VISI raised fresh funds of IDR 73.8 billion. Investor enthusiasm for the company’s shares was notably high. According to data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, total demand reached 19.83 billion shares, representing an oversubscription of 32.25 times the number of shares offered. As a company focused on the digital printing industry, banner products are the largest contributor to VISI’s revenue. As of August 2023, this product accounted for approximately 92.94% of the company’s total revenue. To maintain product quality, VISI has established Joint Production Agreements (JPA) with several suppliers in China. The company also places quality control teams at supplier factories to ensure product standards are upheld before the materials are marketed in Indonesia. The majority of VISI’s end customers are printing businesses that use outdoor digital printers for promotional, advertising, and other visual media needs. Prior to the acquisition, David Dwiputra was recorded as the majority shareholder with an 89.43% stake. This position has now been taken over by PT Harmoni Semesta Investama, whose shares are owned 51% by Nagita Slavina and 49% by Raffi Ahmad. The entry of Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina’s company as the new controlling entity opens a new chapter for VISI and adds to the couple’s list of business expansions beyond the entertainment industry through investment in a publicly listed company on the Indonesian capital market.
