Professionals behind bombings

What relationship is there between the killings in Atambua and
the bombings in Jakarta? International protests over the incident
that occurred at the UNHCR headquarters in Atambua have forced
Indonesia's political leaders to realize that although Indonesia
is a sovereign country, every step it takes must take into
account the global perspective (read: especially the interests of
the West and its allies). The latest theory has it that the Army,
feeling itself ceaselessly condemned by civil society, is now
feeling the need to prove that it is still vital to the normal
progress of the nation and the country's life.

And what if it is true that international terrorists have
already entered Indonesia? Who can anticipate or forestall their
actions? The police? Although these law enforcers succeeded in
establishing that one of the bombs that exploded in Jakarta came
from the Army ammunition depots located in the village of Saradan
near Nganjuk, East Java, the police proved powerless in following
up their investigation as long as the local military commander
refuses to allow them access to the records showing the in and
outflow of ammunition to and from the warehouse.

Which theory is true and when will the mystery be revealed?
The answer is with the law enforcers.
