Prodia Diagnostic Line to IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
PT Prodia Diagnostic Line Tbk. (Proline), a subsidiary of the Prodia Group, will conduct an initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The medical device manufacturer will be listed under the ticker code PRDL.
Proline is offering a maximum of 552.9 million shares, representing 30 percent of the company’s issued and fully paid capital after the IPO. The offering price range is set at Rp 100 to Rp 120 per share, according to the preliminary prospectus.
The company is also implementing an Employee Stock Allocation (ESA) programme for up to 36.6 million shares, equivalent to 7 percent of the shares offered in the IPO.
Through this IPO, Proline expects to raise Rp 62.9 billion. Approximately Rp 35.6 billion of the proceeds will be used to repay the principal of credit facilities from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BCA) and PT Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk. Around 28.92 percent of the IPO funds will be allocated for capital expenditure, including the purchase of machinery and calibration equipment, vehicles, system software, production area re-layout, and the addition of a Biomolecular AHU Lab. The remaining 8.51 percent will be used for working capital, covering raw material purchases, product development costs, and sales and marketing.
The initial offering period runs from 18 to 23 June 2026, followed by the public offering period from 1 to 7 July 2026. The shares are scheduled to be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 9 July 2026.
