Medical device manufacturer PT Prodia Diagnostic Line Tbk. (PRDL) officially listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Thursday, 9 July 2026. Prodia is the sixth company to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) on the exchange this year. Prodia offered 522.9 million new shares, equivalent to 30 percent of its issued and fully paid-up capital after the IPO, at a final price of Rp 120 per share. At the market opening, PRDL’s share price rose by 35 percent to Rp 162 per share. Prodia Diagnostic Line President Director Cristina Sandjaja stated that the PRDL IPO recorded the highest number of retail orders in history, with 1.2 million requests and an oversubscription of 709 times. ‘We see this is primarily because Prodia’s shares were offered at a very attractive PE (price to earnings ratio) and this demonstrates the company’s good fundamentals, which are appreciated by investors,’ she told reporters at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Cristina acknowledged that the decision to IPO this year was not an easy process, given the pressure on the Indonesian capital market. She also noted that the exchange’s selection process for companies going public has become stricter with new regulations. Therefore, she believes investors should feel more at ease as the companies that do IPO have been well screened. In terms of performance, the company recorded revenue of Rp 74.4 billion throughout 2025, a 27 percent increase from the previous year. Net profit grew by 70.7 percent to Rp 16.9 billion, while EBITDA rose 66.9 percent to Rp 29.2 billion. Based on the audited 2025 financial report, the final share price for PRDL was offered at a price to earnings ratio of 8.61 times.
