Sucor Sekuritas President Director Bernadus Wijaya said the high demand for PRDL’s IPO reflects investor interest in issuers with sound business fundamentals and promising growth prospects.
“The enthusiasm for PRDL’s IPO shows that investor interest in companies with solid fundamentals remains very high,” Bernadus said in an official statement on Wednesday (8 July 2026).
According to Bernadus, PRDL’s share listing is expected to serve as a positive catalyst for the development of Indonesia’s capital market. The presence of quality new issuers can broaden investment options for the public and institutional investors.
“This IPO is a very important milestone in Proline’s business journey and at the same time proves the company’s commitment to becoming an important part of the healthcare services ecosystem in Indonesia,” said Cristina.
Cristina said PRDL’s management is optimistic that the IPO proceeds will strengthen the company’s capital structure and support business expansion, which is expected to increase PRDL’s contribution to the development of the national medical device industry in the long term.
