Pro XL can't be wrong, can it?

On Nov. 11, 2001, I purchased a Pro XL card for my cellular phone number 0818372592 at Matahari Simpang Lima in Semarang. Unfortunately, there were no additional units recorded in my cellular phone and my card was blocked.

On Nov. 30, 2001, I filed a complaint to the retailer. But, the reply was that my cellular phone had been blocked since Nov. 4. The units I charged for my cellular phone were said to be suspended. So, what is the payment receipt ID; 90000028, S/N 400022155123, MA 11-12-2001 for?
