Property developer PT Ingria Pratama Capitalindo Tbk (GRIA) held its annual public expose on Tuesday (30/6/2026) at Grand Zuri, BSD City, South Tangerang, in compliance with Indonesia Stock Exchange regulations. The event was attended by GRIA’s Board of Directors, including President Director Khufran Hakim Noor, Operational Director Bambang Eko Prabowo, Finance Director Hugofeber Parluhutan, and Corporate Secretary Eka Maolana Yusuf.

During the session, President Director Khufran Hakim Noor presented the company’s 2025 performance achievements and its 2026 business outlook, alongside GRIA’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its fundamentals in meeting the housing needs of low-income communities (MBR).

Finance Director Hugofeber Parluhutan stated that throughout 2025, GRIA recorded positive business growth, marking a strengthening of the company’s financial performance. By December 2025, GRIA had increased its net profit by 32.21% compared to the previous year, which was recorded at Rp 5.79 billion. The net profit for the 2025 financial year reached Rp 7.65 billion. This performance was supported by sales of Rp 69.06 billion, up from Rp 65.02 billion in 2024. The increase in revenue and net profit was attributed to the company’s success in achieving efficiencies and higher sales of housing units.

In terms of business strategy, GRIA is committed to continuing to provide decent and affordable housing for low-income communities. This commitment aligns with the company’s support for the national development programme, specifically the 3 Million Homes programme initiated by President Prabowo Subianto through the Ministry of Housing and Residential Areas. GRIA believes that active private sector involvement, including property developers, is a crucial element in realising the target of providing decent housing for all Indonesians.

President Director Khufran Hakim Noor explained that the company’s ongoing commitment is implemented through improving building quality, developing environmentally friendly residential areas, and strengthening good corporate governance. GRIA also ensures that all its housing projects now adopt a smart home concept, integrating internet service provision, clean water, and electricity from the initial planning stage to support residents’ productivity when working or studying from home. Drawing on 13 to 14 years of experience, Khufran noted that 99.9% of the company’s projects are free from flooding and never experience water shortages.

Regarding purchasing power, Khufran explained that the subsidised housing sector currently benefits greatly from various government stimuli, including central and regional subsidies, BP Tapera, and schemes for the military and police. He noted that subsidised house prices remain stable and have not seen significant increases. He encouraged young heads of families, particularly those over 21 years of age, to take advantage of the ample quota of subsidised houses under the government programme. He advised that buying a subsidised house as a first home, with a flat interest rate of only 5% for up to 20 to 30 years, is the best way to combat inflation, as property assets appreciate over time unlike vehicles which depreciate.
