Private Sector Pays Rp 4.3 Billion to Ministry of Manpower for K3 Certification Processing
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Occupational Safety and Health Services Company (PJK3) PT Delta Indonesia Pranenggar deposited unofficial funds amounting to Rp 4.3 billion to several parties at the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).
This was revealed when the Public Prosecutor (JPU) read out the examination minutes (BAP) in the name of the President Director of PT Delta Indonesia Pranenggar, Sri Enggarwati, who was examined as a witness in the trial for the alleged corruption case of extortion in processing K3 certificates with the defendant former Deputy Minister of Manpower (Wamenaker) Immanuel Ebenezer alias Noel, and others.
“So, the total is approximately Rp 4.3 billion. Do you know about this?” asked the JPU during the trial at the Jakarta Corruption Court, Thursday (9/4/2026).
This is because, since 2015, the company’s operations have been run by her son, Deka Perdanawan.
The unofficial expenditure funds are recorded in two bank ledgers.
“This is Rp 3,278,350,000, or Rp 3.2 billion through the Mandiri account. This is correct, right, Ma’am, account 16700,” asked the prosecutor.
Enggar claimed she did not remember her company’s account number.
“Then, originating from the BCA account, the total is Rp 1.197 billion. Do you know about this Deka account as well? Or the company account?” pressed the prosecutor.
Enggar admitted she did not know the amount handed over by her company.
However, she confirmed that processing documents or certificates at Kemnaker involves unofficial fees. The amounts also vary.
