Printing and Distribution of Land and Building Tax Notices in Cianjur Nearly Complete

The printing and distribution of Land and Building Tax (PBB) notices this year in Cianjur Regency, West Java, is nearly complete. It is targeted that the distribution can be finished this month.

The Head of Data Collection and Determination at the Cianjur Regency Revenue Agency (Bapenda), Lucky Hermansyah, stated that so far, the printing of notices has covered 28 districts. Of that number, the distributed notices cover 21 districts.

“The remaining three districts have not yet been distributed, namely Gekrbong, Warungkondang, and Cilaku. Then there are four districts where the notices have been printed but the tax determination lists are still in process, namely Cipanas, Pacet, Sukaresmi, and Cugenang. Distribution for Cipanas, Pacet, Sukaresmi, and Cugenang can be carried out after the printing of the tax determination lists is complete,” he said on Thursday (9/4).

He explained that there are four more districts where the printing of notices is still in process. The areas consist of Cianjur District, Karangtengah, Cikalongkulon, and Mande.

“We target mid-month or at the latest the third week of this month for the printing of notices for the four districts to be completed,” he emphasised.

In general, Lucky stated, there are no significant obstacles in the printing process. However, the process was slightly hindered by technical issues with the printer machines.

“There was a slight issue with the printer machines. But it’s now being processed,” he said.

This year, notices for books 1, 2, and 3, which have tax determinations below Rp2 million, were printed at approximately 1.2 million. This number excludes special objects and books 4 and 5 of the notices.

“So, special objects are things like towers, golf courses, and petrol stations. Meanwhile, books 4 and 5 are tax determinations above Rp2 million,” he concluded.
