PT Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera (PKSS) has launched the digital recruitment platform Prima Career as part of its human resources service transformation to support the increasingly digitised needs of the business world. Concurrently, the company also introduced the virtual assistant Primadona to improve service quality for clients and job seekers. The launch of both services coincided with the 27th anniversary of PKSS, which carried the theme ‘Beyond Limits, Towards Together’. Prima Career is a web-based recruitment platform (e-recruitment) that integrates the entire recruitment process into one system. The platform is designed to make it easier for companies to acquire the best talent while providing easier, modern, and transparent access for job seekers. Meanwhile, Primadona is a virtual assistant that provides information services for clients, prospective workers, and the public through various channels, including the contact centre. The service is expected to accelerate access to information and improve responsiveness to user needs.
