Prima Career Promotes Digital-Based Recruitment Efficiency

JAKARTA – PT Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera (PKSS) has launched the Prima Career digital recruitment platform as part of its human resources (HR) service transformation to support the increasingly digitised needs of the business world. At the same time, the company introduced the Primadona virtual assistant to improve service quality for clients and job seekers.

The launch of the two services coincided with PKSS’s 27th anniversary, which carried the theme “Beyond Limits, Towards Together”.

Prima Career is a web-based recruitment platform (e-recruitment) that integrates the entire recruitment process into a single system. The platform is designed to make it easier for companies to acquire the best talent whilst providing job seekers with easier, more modern and more transparent access.

Meanwhile, Primadona is a virtual assistant that provides information services for clients, prospective workers and the general public through various channels, including a contact centre. The service is expected to speed up access to information and improve responsiveness to user needs.
