The options for electric motorcycles in Indonesia continue to grow with the arrival of the latest product from Yadea, the GS70. Arriving as an electric scooter themed ‘Ready To Strike’, Yadea’s new product offers a new standard for urban mobility through a combination of smart technology, performance, and futuristic design.

The introduction of the GS70 also presents the UR-ONE philosophy, which serves as the foundation of its development. This philosophy encompasses five key elements in its design: connectivity, safety, power efficiency, modern design, and daily performance.

The letter ‘U’ represents ‘Ultra Smart’, highlighting the sophistication of its digital features. Riders can enjoy One-Second Smart Unlock, GPS Tracking, OTA (Over-The-Air) Updates, and Screen Mirroring, allowing users to stay connected without the need to check their phones, providing a practical and modern riding experience.

The ‘O’ represents ‘Optimised Battery’, relating to endurance. Equipped with a 72V30Ah battery, this electric scooter is claimed to be capable of travelling 100 kilometres at a constant speed of 30 kph on a single charge. Regarding performance, supported by a 1,500-watt motor, the vehicle can reach a maximum speed of 65 kph.

The Yadea GS70 also features three riding modes: Eco Mode for maximum power efficiency, Sport Mode for more responsive acceleration, and Free Mode, which provides flexibility according to the user’s riding style.

For those interested, four colour options are available. As for the price, it is priced at Rp 21.9 million OTR (On The Road) for Java, including a 3-year chassis warranty and 5-year protection for its lithium battery.
