Price Continues to Fall, Exchange Tightly Monitors FLMC Share Trading
Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is tightly monitoring the Unusual Market Activity (UMA) pattern of PT Falmaco Nonwoven Industri Tbk (FLMC) starting Monday (15/6/2026). The listed company is being observed due to an unreasonable increase in its share price.
Citing the IDX’s information disclosure, the stock is moving outside normal patterns. This measure is taken to protect investors, particularly shareholders of the company.
“The Unusual Market Activity (UMA) announcement does not necessarily indicate a violation of capital market laws and regulations,” wrote IDX management, quoted from its official website.
The latest information regarding FLMC, a wet wipe manufacturer, is dated 12 June 2026, published through the IDX website concerning an explanation of transaction volatility.
“In connection with the occurrence of UMA on FLMC shares, we need to convey that the Exchange is currently observing the development of this stock’s transaction pattern,” it stated.
Citing market data, FLMC shares moved stagnantly to a price of Rp92 per share in yesterday’s trading, Friday (12/6/2026). Meanwhile, FLMC shares have fallen 43.21% over the past month and are down 39.72% year to date.
With this announcement, investors are expected to pay attention to the listed company’s response to the Exchange’s confirmation request, scrutinise its performance and information disclosure, review any corporate action plans that have not yet received General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) approval, and consider various possibilities that may arise in the future before making investment decisions.
