SINGAPORE (Reuter): Businessman Kang Hwi Wah has sold a final
block of 10 million shares in Amcol Holdings Ltd. to Indonesian
investor Henry Pribadi, lawyers acting for Kang said in a letter
to the Singapore Stock Exchange yesterday.
The tranche is the last of a three-part purchase of 20 million
Amcol shares agreed between the two men in July.
Monday's sale was at Singapore $5.00 per share, the letter
said.
Pribadi now owns 18.23 percent of Amcol with Kang, its former
boss, holding 6.67 percent.
