JAKARTA – Homebuyers can now independently verify land information before transactions. Through the Sentuh Tanahku app provided by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), the public can access various information to confirm land and certificate legality. Angelita (30) experienced this convenience when purchasing a house. Before finalising a transaction, she wanted to verify land document legality to avoid potential disputes or legal issues later. From this need, Angelita discovered the Sentuh Tanahku app, which serves as a digital gateway for land information. The app offers features such as Sertifikatku to view registered certificate details and Cari Bidang to accurately locate land parcels. This digital service enables the public to access land information more easily without relying solely on manual processes. Angelita said the app simplifies understanding land documents compared to her previous expectations. “Previously, the thought of bureaucracy felt overwhelming. But here, I’ve learned firsthand that things are much better now. With Sentuh Tanahku, we can see the process,” she said. Land service transformation is not only through digitalisation. When visiting the Karawang Regency Land Office (Kantah) on Saturday, 30 May 2026, Angelita confirmed she could use the service without disrupting her workday.
