The pretrial hearing for Adjie, the owner of PT Jembatan Nusantara (PT JN), was postponed on Friday after the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) failed to attend as the respondent. Sole judge Agus Darwanta at the South Jakarta District Court noted that the KPK had submitted a letter requesting a two-week adjournment. Adjie’s legal counsel, Ryan Muhammad, objected to the length of the delay and requested a postponement of only one week. The judge subsequently ruled to adjourn the hearing until Friday, 3 July 2026.

Prior to the hearing, the KPK confirmed that its investigation into Adjie remains ongoing. The case concerns a business cooperation agreement (KSU) acquired by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) between 2019 and 2022. KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that the investigation is still in progress, despite the fact that the former president director of ASDP and two other directors were previously released following a rehabilitation ruling.
