Presidential Staff Office Opens Hotline Service, Citizens Can Lodge Complaints via WhatsApp

JAKARTA — The Presidential Staff Office (KSP) Chief Dudung Abdurachman has launched the ‘KSP Mendekat’ program as a demonstration of the state’s presence in resolving public service problems quickly and responsively.

The public can submit complaints to KSP via the WhatsApp number 0811-1933-3888.

‘Now at the KSP there is KSP Mendekat, so it’s no longer KSP Mendengar. KSP Mendekat with the WhatsApp number 0811-1933-3888,’ Dudung said in a written statement, quoted on Friday (22 May 2026).

The WhatsApp-based complaint service was launched to respond to the dynamics and complexities of issues that frequently culminate at the KSP.

According to him, since taking office as Chief of Presidential Staff, he has encountered many cross-sector coordination obstacles.

Dudung pledged to be at the forefront of seeking solutions to these problems, so that the burden of resolution does not always have to fall to President Prabowo Subianto.

‘Issues that are in fact resolved at the middle level can be solved,’ the former Chief of Staff of the Army stated.
