Building & Facilities Supervisor
This role involves overseeing the management of buildings, structures, gardens, and grounds at the Cipanas Presidential Palace.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DMax, Lumion, SketchUp, SAP2000, Etabs, Plaxis
Knowledge of construction planning, management, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
Archivist
This role assists in managing archives within the Cipanas Presidential Palace.
Qualifications:
Vocational high school diploma in Office Administration, Archiving, OTKP, or Administration
Understanding of archive management procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Canva
Social Media Content Creator
This role manages the Cipanas Presidential Palace’s social media platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Multimedia, or Graphic Design preferred
Proficient in photography and videography
Skilled in graphic design

Public Tour Guide
