Presidential Assistant States 'President Solution' Book Records Prabowo's Policies
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Special Assistant to the President for Communication and Policy Analysis, Dirgayuza Setiawan, stated that the book concept ‘President Solution: Problem Solving Ala Prabowo Subianto’ serves as a responsibility to record the daily policy journey within the President’s environment.
According to him, the creation of this book was inspired by the biography of Ted Sorensen, President John F. Kennedy’s speechwriter, which emphasises the historical responsibility of those surrounding a president to write and document significant events they witness.
“For those working in the President’s office, you carry a historical burden to write and record the history of victory,” said Dirgayuza following the launch of the ‘President Solution’ book at the University Club, Jakarta, on Monday (8/6) evening.
He also highlighted the gap in public understanding regarding various government programmes. He noted that while the public is aware of priority programmes such as Free Nutritious Meals (MBG), the Red and White Cooperative, and People’s Schools, there is a need for deeper clarity.
Furthermore, the ‘President Solution’ book is designed with a simple format so that readers can easily understand the challenges and solutions prepared by President Prabowo. The book presents problems, solutions, and the ‘before and after’ of policies, allowing the public to view the administration’s work more holistically and systematically.
Based on records from the presidential team, President Prabowo Subianto has issued 108 solutions to address challenges faced during his 1.5 years of leading Indonesia. These hundreds of solutions are systematically detailed in the ‘President Solution’ book, authored by the Head of the Government Communication Agency (Bakom) Muhammad Qodari, Special Assistant to the President for Communication and Policy Analysis Dirgayuza Setiawan, and Special Assistant to the President for Strategic Data Analysis Agung Gumilar Saputra.
“Towards the President, towards the Father of National Transformation, we are recording his track record in this ‘President Solution’ book. There are 108 solutions, and this number will continue to grow as this is only the initial data,” said Qodari.
He added that the book was compiled as documentation of the various policy solutions produced, which will continue to evolve under President Prabowo’s leadership. The book is intended to serve as a reference for understanding the direction of change being implemented by the government.
