President Prabowo's Seskoad Message: TNI Must Adapt to Global Geopolitical Dynamics

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - President Prabowo Subianto emphasised the need for TNI personnel to adapt to the ever-changing global geopolitical landscape during a briefing for 1,000 TNI and police officer cadets at the Army Staff and Command School (Seskoad) in Bandung, West Java, on Monday, 25 May 2026.

Major Cke Amarullah from Syndicate 08 Dikreg LXVII of the Army Staff and Command School said the President’s briefing was rich in lessons and benefits for future challenges.

‘The key takeaway is that we must adapt to evolving circumstances. Geopolitical dynamics are changing extremely rapidly, and as TNI officers, we need to keep pace,’ Amarullah said, citing a Government Communication Bureau press release dated 25 May 2026.

‘Thus, the President directed the TNI to update its doctrines to align with the changing times,’ he added.

During the event, Amarullah also expressed his hopes and prayers for President Prabowo to remain healthy and strong in realising his vision for Indonesia.

‘As cadets and TNI officers, we first and foremost pray for the President’s health and strength, as we feel he has lofty aspirations for the Indonesian nation,’ he said.

‘As TNI personnel, we will fully support this. As officers, we hope to meet the challenges set by President Prabowo for us young officers and implement them to the best of our abilities,’ he added.
