President Prabowo's motorcade arrives at Parliament Complex for 2026 State Address
The motorcade of President Prabowo Subianto began entering the DPR/MPR RI Parliamentary Complex in the Senayan area of Jakarta on Friday morning at 08.05 WIB, ahead of the 2026 MPR Annual Session and the Joint Session of the DPR-DPD RI.
From observations at the scene, the motorcade escorting President Prabowo was dominated by white vehicles and received tight security escort towards the Nusantara Building within the DPR/MPR RI Parliamentary Complex.
President Prabowo appeared to be using the Maung MV3 Garuda Limousine as his presidential vehicle, transporting him to the state agenda in conjunction with the 81st Anniversary of Indonesian Independence.
The vehicle has indeed been frequently used by Prabowo for various state events.
The arrival of President Prabowo formed part of the agenda for the MPR Annual Session and the Joint Session of the DPR-DPD RI.
The 2026 MPR Annual Session and the Joint Session of the DPR-DPD RI are scheduled for 08.30–11.00 WIB. Following a break, the agenda continues with a Plenary Session of the DPR RI at 14.30 WIB.
During the annual session and joint session, President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to deliver a report on the performance of state institutions and development achievements.
MPR Chairman Ahmad Muzani and DPD Chairman Sultan Najamudin will also deliver their speeches.
Meanwhile, during the plenary session, the Head of State will present the government’s statement on the Draft Law on the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (RAPBN) for the 2027 Fiscal Year.
The Traffic Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya has prepared situational traffic diversion schemes around the DPR/MPR RI Parliamentary Complex in Senayan, Central Jakarta, to anticipate congestion during the state agenda.
Deputy Director of Traffic of Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Arif Fazlurrahman, urged the public to anticipate potential vehicle build-up in the area from the morning onwards.
“We urge road users to anticipate potential traffic congestion around the Senayan area. The President’s State Address agenda is scheduled to take place from 08.00 WIB until completion,” said Arif in Jakarta on Friday.
