All state apparatus must realise that they are public servants entrusted to work with full responsibility. The President stressed that every state official must maintain integrity and not betray the mandate given by the people.

Head of the Government Communication Body (Bakom) Muhammad Qodari stated that President Prabowo Subianto reminded all state apparatus to introspect and strengthen integrity in carrying out their duties. According to Qodari, the directive was aimed at all state apparatus, whether within the government bureaucracy, the Indonesian National Armed Forces, the National Police, or the Attorney General’s Office, as part of efforts to strengthen clean and high-integrity governance.

He said President Prabowo is committed to consistently eradicating corruption to realise clean, high-integrity governance that works entirely for the people’s interests. “Law enforcement must take place fairly, without discriminating based on position, status, rank, or power. No party should receive special treatment before the law,” Qodari stated.

He added that the government respects all ongoing legal processes and supports professional, transparent, and impartial law enforcement in accordance with applicable regulations. “It is important to understand that actions committed by individuals do not reflect the entire institution,” he said.

Qodari also invited all parties to uphold the principle of presumption of innocence in every legal process to avoid speculation or judgement before a final and binding court decision. Furthermore, he urged all elements of society to maintain conduciveness, stability, and unity so that development can continue. “With a safe atmosphere, mutual trust, and respect for the legal process, we can continue development and deliver increasingly tangible prosperity for all Indonesian people,” Qodari said.
