President Prabowo Invites BRIN Researchers to Palace Today

President Prabowo Subianto has invited a number of researchers from the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) to the Presidential Palace this afternoon. Prabowo will listen to presentations on BRIN’s research findings. “Our colleagues from BRIN will present several research results,” Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi told reporters on Thursday (6/8/2026). Pras stated that the BRIN research findings to be presented are focused on supporting a number of government programmes, ranging from priority food programmes to energy. “Which are indeed focused on helping to achieve the government’s priority programmes, in terms of food and energy,” he said. In addition, there are research findings related to waste, which remains a current problem. Several other research results will also be presented. “Several things that can solve the problems faced by the community, for example waste, then solar cell-based boats, and so on,” he said.
