President Prabowo Inspects Pancasila Birth Day Ceremony at Foreign Ministry

President Prabowo Subianto arrived at the Pancasila Birth Day ceremony at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Pancasila Building in Jakarta on Monday, June 1. Prabowo served as the ceremony inspector, with Colonel Inf Didin Nasruddin Darsono acting as the parade commander. Prabowo arrived at 9:35 AM WIB, wearing a dark blue suit with a songkok and blue tie. Also present was Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, who wore a black suit with a light blue tie. As they entered the ceremony grounds, Prabowo walked alongside Gibran and former President Megawati Soekarnoputri. Pancasila Birth Day is commemorated annually on June 1. The commemoration marks the anniversary of President Sukarno’s speech outlining the nation’s foundational philosophy, Pancasila, during the BPUPKI session on June 1, 1945. Other attendees included members of the Red and White Cabinet, such as Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Pratikno, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, and Coordinating Minister for Law and Human Rights Yusril Ihza Mahendra.
