President Prabowo, Gibran, and State Officials Attend MPR Annual Session

The President and state guests attended the MPR Annual Session and Joint Session of the DPR and DPD at the Parliament Complex in Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Friday (14/8/2026).

The motorcade of Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto arrived at the MPR Annual Session and Joint Session of the DPR and DPD in the framework of Indonesia’s 81st Independence Day at the Nusantara Building, Parliament Complex, Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Friday (14/8/2026).

Prabowo wore a grey suit with a metallic blue tie at 08:07 WIB. The President travelled in the official state vehicle, the Maung, which is a source of pride for Pindad. Upon arrival at the DPR Building, he was greeted directly by MPR Speaker Ahmad Muzani and DPD Speaker Sultan Bachtiar Najamudin.

Indonesian Vice President Gibran Rakabuming arrived at the MPR Annual Session and Joint Session of the DPR and DPD in the framework of Indonesia’s 81st Independence Day at the Nusantara Building, Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta.

Nasdem Party Chairman Surya Paloh was also seen at the DPR complex. Wearing a black suit and red tie, Surya arrived at around 07:49.
