President Prabowo Convenes Cabinet to Review Programmes and Prepare for Independence Day

President Prabowo Subianto chaired a Plenary Cabinet Session at the State Palace in Jakarta on Monday (20/7/2026), as part of a comprehensive evaluation of government programme implementation and preparations for the 81st anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia’s Independence Day. During the session, the President instructed the cabinet to review the achievements of various priority programmes, identify ongoing obstacles, and accelerate the completion of policies that have not yet run optimally so that the benefits can be felt immediately by the public.
