President Prabowo Briefs 400 BUMN Leadership Candidates in Hambalang

President Prabowo Subianto delivered a briefing to the first cohort of the Presidential Future Leaders Programme (PFLP) 2026 in Hambalang, Bogor Regency, West Java, on Sunday (24 May 2026). The programme was specifically designed by the President to cultivate a new generation of BUMN leaders with strong managerial skills and high integrity.

Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya explained that 400 selected participants are part of the government’s strategy to strengthen BUMN governance.

‘This programme is prepared to shape future BUMN company leaders,’ Teddy stated in a written statement.

The PFLP 2026 will run for nine months, divided into three intensive education phases.

Teddy emphasised that this initiative is a concrete step by President Prabowo to develop high-quality human resources. Through a comprehensive curriculum, participants are expected to drive positive transformation in state-owned enterprises in the future.

‘This step is part of the government’s broader strategy to prepare professional and integrity-driven BUMN leadership,’ Teddy stressed.
