President Prabowo Subianto delivered a briefing to cadets from the TNI Staff and Command School (Sesko TNI), National Police Senior Leadership School (Sespimti Polri), Army, Navy, and Air Force Staff and Command Schools, and National Police Senior Management School (Sespimmen Polri).

The briefing took place at the Seskoad complex in Bandung, West Java, on Monday, 25 May 2026.

The event was attended by 1,095 cadets from the military and police undergoing training.

President Prabowo’s arrival was met with enthusiastic cheers from attendees, accompanied by the playing of ‘Maju Tak Gentar’ echoing across the venue. A solemn atmosphere followed as the national anthem, ‘Indonesia Raya’, was sung.

The opening sequence continued with the simultaneous singing of the TNI anthem, service-specific military anthems, and the National Police anthem by all attendees.

Seskoad Commander, Major General TNI Agustinus Purboyo, reported the total number of attendees at the presidential briefing. The participants comprised cadets from various branches of the military and police who had gathered to receive direct guidance from the Head of State.

‘Respected President, 1,095 individuals are present before you,’ said Major General Agustinus.

Following the report, the president proceeded to address the cadets. Before heading to the main stage, President Prabowo shook hands with several attending officers, fostering a warm and approachable atmosphere. The briefing was attentively observed by all participants.

According to him, the briefing marked a historic moment, as it was the first time an active president had personally delivered a lecture and guidance to the cadets.

‘Today is exceptionally special, Mr President, as it is the first time an active president has directly taught all Sesko cadets,’ he added.

The president’s presence at this strategic educational forum is seen as a strong indication of the government’s commitment to enhancing human resource quality. The briefing also serves as a strategic platform for officers to prepare for national and global challenges ahead.
