President Commissioner of Aman Agrindo (GULA) Buys 18 Million Shares

A sugar producer, PT Aman Agrindo Tbk. (GULA), has reported a change in ownership by its management. Citing disclosures, GULA’s President Commissioner Irsyad Hanif has accumulated shares through a series of transactions.

In the shareholding report, Irsyad recorded four purchases on 4 March 2026. In total, 18 million shares were bought.

Details: Irsyad bought 6,100 shares at Rp304 per share; 7,935,100 shares at Rp310 per share; 9,665,200 shares at Rp308 per share; and 393,600 shares at Rp306 per share. All transactions were for investment purposes.

From these transactions, Irsyad’s stake rose from 57,478,400 shares or 5.37% to 75,478,400 shares or around 7.05% of the company’s total shares.

It was noted that Irsyad is not a controlling party.

Aman Agrindo operates in sugarcane plantations, sugar trading, and sugar production. The company has engaged in trading of several types of sugar, including granulated sugar, liquid sugar, and brown sugar sourced from suppliers. However, brown sugar trading has only been conducted since early 2022.

Meanwhile, GULA shares closed down 5.56% in the morning session on Friday (6 March 2026).
