President Commissioner and Director of Link Net (LINK) Resign Simultaneously

PT Link Net Tbk (LINK) has announced the resignation of two of the company’s top executives: President Commissioner Vivek Sood and Director Yosafat Marhasak Hutagalung.

According to information disclosure, Link Net Corporate Secretary Rininta Agustina Widya Pratika stated that the company received Vivek Sood’s resignation letter from his position as President Commissioner on 1 October 2026 at 12:01 WIB.

Meanwhile, through a separate letter numbered SB-075/CSL-LN/OJK/X/2026 submitted at almost the same time, 12:02 WIB, the company also confirmed the resignation of Yosafat Marhasak Hutagalung from his position as Director.

“The company will submit a request for approval of these resignations at the nearest General Meeting of Shareholders, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations,” management wrote in both information disclosures.

Link Net management emphasised that this event will not have a negative impact on the company’s operational activities, legal standing, financial condition, or business continuity.

As a matter of information, PT Link Net Tbk is an issuer operating in the field of fixed cable-based network provision, multimedia services, as well as internet and telephone access. As of the time of this report, the company has not yet announced successors for the two vacated positions.
