President Allocates Confiscated Corruption Funds and PKH Enforcement Proceeds to Repair Schools

President Prabowo Subianto has promised to allocate funds from administrative fine sanctions for forest area regulation and confiscated proceeds from corruption to the repair and renovation of all schools in Indonesia.

This affirmation was delivered by Prabowo following the Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung), through its role in the Forest Area Regulation Task Force (Satgas PKH), handing over a total of Rp 11.42 trillion to the state treasury once again.

The tens of trillions of rupiah represent the results of administrative fines collected by Satgas PKH from January to April 2026 from several plantation and mining companies penalised for illegal exploration and control over state-owned forest areas.

The funds also originate from seized assets in the handling of corruption crimes carried out by the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) during January to March 2026.

“It is an honour and a joy for me that this has happened repeatedly during the leadership of the government I head, which has only been one and a half years so far,” stated the President at the Kejagung in Jakarta on Friday (10/4/2026).

The President noted that the handover of funds to the state treasury by Satgas PKH and Kejagung from October 2025 to April 2026 represents an achievement from the enforcement against legal violations that had previously been overlooked.

In October 2025, said Prabowo, Kejagung through Jampidsus, which handled the corruption case regarding crude palm oil (CPO) export permits, handed over confiscated proceeds to the state amounting to Rp 13.2 trillion.

“Two months later, in December 2025, we again succeeded in saving Rp 6.62 trillion (from the confiscation of corruption assets by Jampidsus-Kejagung),” said Prabowo.
