In addition to internal issues, Minggit assessed that Kodau I also faces several threats in its operational area, such as social conflicts, illegal logging, illegal fishing, forest and land fires, land asset seizures of the Air Force, drug trafficking, and natural disasters.

Minggit also asked Kodau I and all its subordinate units to uphold the dignity of the Indonesian Air Force that is AMPUH, namely Adaptive, Modern, Professional, Superior, and Humane, in every task execution.
