The government is preparing to execute investment commitments worth Rp1,314.71 trillion successfully garnered by President Prabowo Subianto from several overseas visits in early 2026.

Investment Minister and Downstreaming/Head of BKPM Rosan Roeslani stated that these commitments were obtained through various meetings between the President and business actors in strategic partner countries.

“While accompanying the President, there are certainly events to meet with the business world, with entrepreneurs, either on a large scale, in the market say more than 100 people, or smaller ones around 12 people whom the President meets directly,” he said at the Presidential Palace Complex on Tuesday (21/4/2026).

According to him, amid the current heated global geopolitical situation, investment commitments are flowing into Indonesia.

“It turns out their interest and enthusiasm for investing in Indonesia is very high, still very good. This is proven by the incoming investments still aligning with our plans,” he said.

Following the investment commitments, he believes realisations will follow. He explained that from various countries that have carried out investment cooperation, the realisations are well maintained.

“We hope this can continue to be maintained. Well, they have ongoing investments, and also new ones,” he said.
