Prasetyo and Purbaya Meet at Danantara: Topics Discussed!

The Investment Management Agency Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara) held a meeting with State Secretary Minister Prasetyo Hadi and Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa at Wisma Danantara on Wednesday afternoon (1/4/2026). Prasetyo explained that the meeting discussed accelerating several strategic projects, particularly downstreaming projects and waste-to-energy initiatives. “We discussed several downstreaming projects that we hope can be upgraded this month,” said Prasetyo when met at Wisma Danantara on Wednesday (1/4/2026). He further explained that there are now six downstreaming projects that have experienced upgrades. The government targets increasing that number in the near future. “Now there are six that have been upgraded. Previously, there were waste-to-energy projects at 33 locations,” he said. For the waste-to-energy projects, there has been a merger of several projects to improve effectiveness and efficiency. “But in the field process, there have been mergers of several locations, resulting in approximately 29,” he said. “So we hope that both, whether waste-to-energy or downstreaming, can all be upgraded this April,” he added.
