Pramono Inaugurates 11 Jakarta Officials, Marulina Dewi Appointed Head of Communications, Informatics and Statistics Department

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung inaugurated 11 high-ranking primary officials within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. The inauguration ceremony was held privately at the Grand Hall, Jakarta City Hall, on Wednesday (15/4/2026).

Pramono stated that the filling of these positions followed the proper procedures, including recommendations from the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) and approval from the DKI DPRD for certain positions.

“This appointment uses talent management, which is the governor’s authority. The three of us, together with the deputy governor and the regional secretary, discussed to determine these names,” he said.

Pramono explained that the position filling process took around two to three weeks. The placement of officials was done gradually to avoid vacancies.

“With this inauguration, there are no more acting officials (plt). All positions are now filled definitively,” he stated.

Furthermore, Pramono emphasised that this inauguration is part of efforts to strengthen work orchestration within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

“I and Mr Deputy Governor congratulate the inaugurated officials. Hopefully, they can quickly adapt to their duties,” he added.

Here is the list of the 11 officials inaugurated by Pramono:

• Syafrin Liputo as Acting Mayor of the South Jakarta Administrative City

• Budi Awaluddin as Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Transportation Department

• Marulina Dewi Mutiara as Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Communications, Informatics and Statistics Department

• Dudi Gardesi Asikin as Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environment Department

• Marulitua as Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Disaster Mitigation Agency

• Tona Hutauruk as Head of the Regional Cooperation Bureau of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Regional Secretariat

• Purwanti Suryandari as Deputy Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environment Department

• Asep Kuswanto as Assistant Deputy Governor of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government for Spatial Planning

• Ali Murtadho as Deputy Acting Mayor of the West Jakarta Administrative City

• Firmanuddin as Deputy Acting Mayor of the South Jakarta Administrative City

• Imron as Secretary of the West Jakarta Administrative City

Pramono added that some officials began their duties on the day of the inauguration, while others will take effect in June and August 2026 according to the governor’s decision.
