Pramono affirms Padat Karya programme will be transparent, no insider placements
Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung Wibowo has stressed that the Padat Karya programme will be implemented through a transparent system, ensuring there are no insider placements as feared by the public. “No, no (there are no insiders). Because the entire system is very open, it is impossible to use insiders,” Pramono said when met in Central Jakarta on Friday. He noted that the programme’s system can be monitored by the public, so it truly reaches those in need.
Previously, Special Staff to the Governor and Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta for Public Communication, Chico Hakim, urged the public to follow official information regarding the Padat Karya programme through the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government platforms and not be influenced by fake news.
