Prajogo Pangestu's listed issuer posts revenue of Rp14.82 trillion in 2025
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO), an affiliate of Prajogo Pangestu, posted revenue of USD 886.45 million or equivalent to Rp14.82 trillion (Jisdor rate Rp16,720 per USD) for 2025. The revenue grew 28.32% year-on-year (YoY) compared with USD 690.81 million in 2024, according to its financial statements quoted in the disclosure information of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), Jakarta, Friday. The company’s revenue was contributed by mining at USD 389.25 million, construction and engineering at USD 379.74 million, and Offshore EPCI for Oil and Gas at USD 32.86 million. Then service revenue contributed USD 30 million, and other revenue USD 2.5 million. Meanwhile, revenue from coal sales was USD 52.01 million. With the revenue increase, the company’s direct operating expenses also rose 28.93% YoY to USD 774.23 million in 2025, compared to USD 600.52 million in 2024. Alongside the revenue and operating costs, the company recorded gross profit of USD 112.22 million in 2025, up 24.30% YoY from USD 90.28 million in 2024. Meanwhile, net profit rose 197.02% YoY to USD 28.8 million or Rp481.66 billion in 2025, compared with USD 9.69 million in 2024. As of 31 December 2025, Petrosea’s total assets jumped to USD 1.58 billion, compared to USD 867.26 million at end-2024. The company’s liabilities stood at USD 1.27 billion at end-2025, versus USD 617.5 million at end-2024. Meanwhile, total equity also rose to USD 307.4 million at end-2025, from USD 249.75 million at end-2024.
