Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO), a company affiliated with Prajogo Pangestu, has announced a corporate action involving the acquisition of two port service companies, PT Vista Maritim Asia (VMA) and PT Nusantara Arung Samudera.

According to information disclosed on February 24, 2026, the company, through its indirect subsidiary which it owns more than 99% of, namely PT Petrosindo Sinergi Alur (PSA), has signed an agreement to purchase shares of VMA.

Specifically, PSA purchased 55% of VMA’s shares from Lius Kastomo (50%) and Jalu Yoga Santoso (5%) of the total issued and paid-up capital. The transaction value reached IDR 550 million.

Meanwhile, PTRO also acquired 55% of PT Nusantara Arung Samudera’s shares through its indirect subsidiary, PT Petrosindo Sinergi Samudera. The shares were purchased from Karen Nathani (45%) and Maifan Juni Chandra (10%) with a transaction value of IDR 550 million.

“VMA is a company engaged in the business of sea port service activities. This share acquisition will strengthen the integration of the pit-to-port value chain to support the company’s business,” as quoted from the information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Wednesday (February 25, 2026).

The company believes that this move will have a positive impact on improving operational performance. In addition, this transaction is part of an operational development strategy to increase synergy between entities within the group. Thus, the company hopes to strengthen its business position in the future.

Following the news, PTRO’s shares were recorded to have increased by 0.38% to IDR 6,675 at 14:33 WIB. Its market capitalization is IDR 67.32 trillion.
