Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Conglomerate Prajogo Pangestu has recorded the sale of shares in PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (CUAN) totalling around Rp774 billion. The transactions took place between 10 and 15 April 2026. During that period, 25 sales transactions were recorded, carried out gradually. This action was executed through the indirect sale of 531.67 million shares on the market. The transaction prices ranged from Rp1,356 to Rp1,523 per share. “The purpose of the transaction is to increase the proportion of free float shares on the market,” as quoted on Thursday (16/4/2026). Following the transaction, Prajogo Pangestu’s direct ownership in CUAN has decreased from the previous 93.15 billion shares or equivalent to 82.86%. His ownership is now 92.62 billion shares or equivalent to 82.39%, although he still retains his controlling status. In line with the news, CUAN shares fell 1.32% to Rp1,495 at yesterday’s market close on Wednesday (15/4/2026). Its market capitalisation stands at Rp168.07 trillion. However, over the last five days, CUAN shares have risen 13.26%. This morning, CUAN continued its strengthening with a 3% increase to the level of Rp1,540.
