Prajogo Pangestu Issuer (CDIA) Distributes Cash Dividends, Here's the Amount - Investor Daily

JAKARTA - The issuer owned by conglomerate Prajogo Pangestu, PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDIA), will distribute cash dividends for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to US$40 million, or the equivalent of Rp5.56 per share.

The CDIA dividend distribution aligns with the outcomes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on 8 May 2026.

Based on the AGMS results, the company has set the cash dividend at US$40 million, sourced from the 2025 net profit.

In terms of performance, CDIA recorded a 281.7% jump in net profit to US$127.8 million in 2025, compared to US$33.5 million in the same period the previous year.

This profit increase is in line with a 44.8% rise in the company’s net revenue, from US$102.3 million to US$148 million.

The CDIA cash dividend will be distributed to shareholders whose names are recorded in the company’s Shareholder Register up to 22 May 2026 at 16:00 WIB.
