Prajogo Pangestu-Affiliated Issuer CDIA Distributes US$40 Million Dividend, Payable on 9 June 2026
PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk. (CDIA), an issuer affiliated with Prajogo Pangestu, has announced that it will distribute a cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year to investors amounting to US$40 million, or the equivalent of Rp5.56 per share.
CDIA’s Corporate Secretary, Merly, revealed that the dividend distribution is in line with the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 8 May 2026. In that meeting, the company set a cash dividend of US$40 million sourced from the 2025 net profit.
“The company will distribute a cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year period of US$40,000,000 or the equivalent of Rp5.56 per share,” said Merly in a disclosure of information on Wednesday (13/5/2026).
The CDIA dividend distribution schedule includes cum dividend in the regular and negotiated markets on 20 May 2026, and ex dividend in the regular and negotiated markets on 21 May 2026.
Subsequently, cum dividend in the cash market on 22 May 2026 and ex dividend in the cash market on 25 May 2026. The recording date for shareholders is set on 22 May 2026.
“The cash dividend payment date for CDIA is scheduled for 9 June 2026,” added Merly.
Management stated that the implementation schedule and payment procedures for the dividend have been coordinated with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), and the company’s securities administration bureau.
The company also emphasised that the 2025 fiscal year cash dividend distribution will not affect the continuity of its business.
CDIA Performance
For information, CDIA recorded a net profit of US$121.05 million throughout 2025, equivalent to Rp2.02 trillion (Jisdor exchange rate as of 31 December 2025 at Rp16,720 per US dollar), a sharp increase of 285.24% compared to the 2024 achievement of US$31.42 million.
In line with that, CDIA recorded revenue of US$148.03 million, equivalent to Rp2.47 trillion, or an increase of 44.77% compared to 2024, which amounted to US$102.2 million.
Previously, CDIA announced it would distribute an interim dividend of Rp1.34 per share on 29 January 2026.
In a disclosure of information to the BEI, management stated that the 2025 fiscal year interim dividend comes from the net profit for the current year attributable to the owners of the parent entity for the period ending 30 June 2025.
For the January to 30 June 2025 period, CDIA reported a net profit of US$67.64 million, a 328% surge compared to the same period in 2024.
Accordingly, the company also recorded revenue of US$66.87 million, growing 42% in the first half of 2025 compared to the achievement of US$47.11 million in the same period of 2024.
