Prabowo's Personal Secretary Visits Jokowi to Request He Serve as Wedding Witness

The Personal Secretary to the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, Rizky Irmansyah, and his fiancée, Chika Yenalovi, visited the private residence of the seventh President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi), in Solo on Wednesday (24/6). Rizky and Chika came to deliver an invitation and to request Jokowi’s willingness to serve as a witness at their wedding. This was confirmed by Jokowi’s aide-de-camp, AKBP Syarif Muhammad Fitriansyah, when asked if there was a request for Jokowi to be a witness. ‘Yes, there was also a request like that (to be a wedding witness),’ said Syarif on Thursday (25/6). The wedding of Rizky and Chika is said to be taking place in Jakarta this coming August. Previously, Jokowi also served as a witness for another of Prabowo’s personal secretaries, Agung Surahman, in January. At that wedding, President Prabowo and Joko Widodo were both present to act as witnesses.
