Prabowo's Message to 1,095 Seskoad Officer Cadets During Briefing

Major Cke Amarullah from Syndicate 08 of the 67th Regular Course at the Army Staff and Command School (Seskoad) stated that Prabowo wants soldiers to adapt to challenges amid global dynamics. ‘The most important point we concluded is that we must be able to adapt. Adapt to developments. We know the geopolitical dynamics are changing extremely. So, as TNI officers, we must be able to adapt,’ Amarullah said, quoted by the Government Communication Team on Monday, 25 May 2026. Prabowo also stressed that the TNI must adapt its doctrines to the changing times and evolving strategic challenges. ‘Thus, there were directives from the President that the TNI must update its doctrines to align with the evolving times,’ he added. On the same occasion, Amarullah also expressed his hopes and prayers for Prabowo to remain healthy and strong in realising his aspirations for Indonesia. ‘As officer cadets and TNI officers, we first and foremost pray that the President, given his lofty aspirations for the nation, is granted good health and a long life so that his dreams can be realised,’ he said. He affirmed that TNI troops are fully prepared to support the vision and challenges presented by Prabowo to the younger generation of officers. ‘As TNI soldiers, we will support this 100 per cent. Furthermore, as officers, we hope to respond to what the President has given us—the challenges presented to us as young officers. May we be able to carry them out to the best of our abilities,’ he concluded. According to the Presidential Secretariat (Setpres), the event held at the Seskoad complex was attended by 1,095 officer cadets from the TNI Staff and Command School (Sesko TNI), National Police Senior Command School (Sespimti Polri), Army Staff and Command School (Sesko AD), Navy Staff and Command School (Sesko AL), Air Force Staff and Command School (Sesko AU), and Police Senior Management School (Sespimmen Polri). On the occasion, Prabowo also inaugurated the renovated Museum and Library at Seskoad. The inauguration underscores Seskoad’s role as a strategic educational institution that has produced numerous prominent leaders, both nationally and internationally.
