Prabowo's Homes and Land Worth Hundreds of Billion, Here Are the Details

President Prabowo Subianto has reported total wealth of Rp 2.06 trillion in the latest LHKPN for 2025, submitted to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The report was submitted on 31 March 2026 for the 2025 reporting period. Of the total wealth, the dominant assets are real estate, comprising land and buildings worth Rp 323.76 billion. In the LHKPN document, Prabowo is recorded as owning 10 real estate assets located in South Jakarta and Bogor. The highest-valued property is in South Jakarta, comprising land and buildings measuring 8,365 square metres and 2,175 square metres respectively. The property is valued at Rp 178.4 billion. There is also a house and land measuring 818 square metres with a building area of 580 square metres in South Jakarta valued at Rp 37 billion. Meanwhile, several other assets are in Bogor Regency with varying values, ranging from hundreds of millions to tens of billions. These include land of 48,970 square metres valued Rp 10 billion, land of 8,905 square metres valued Rp 5.46 billion, and land and buildings of 2,000 square metres/1,800 square metres valued Rp 22.34 billion. Prabowo also reports ownership of other properties in Bogor, including a house and land of 760 square metres valued Rp 7 billion. Then an asset of 10,000 square metres with building of 800 square metres valued Rp 4.5 billion, and a small house of 70 square metres valued Rp 200 million. The largest asset overall comes from securities valued at Rp 1.67 trillion. In addition, he owns vehicles and equipment with a total value of Rp 1.25 billion, including eight cars of brands such as Toyota Alphard, Honda CR-V, Land Rover, Mitsubishi Pajero, Lexus, and one Suzuki motorcycle.
