Jakarta (ANTARA) - President Prabowo Subianto witnessed the handover of enforcement results in the form of administrative fines and state financial recoveries amounting to Rp11.4 trillion at the Attorney General’s Office in Jakarta on Friday.

Monitored from the live broadcast on the Presidential Secretariat’s YouTube channel on Friday, the handover represents the collection of administrative fines and state financial recoveries for 2026 valued at Rp11,420,104,815,858. Stacks of trillions of rupiah in cash were also displayed during the handover event.

In the presence of President Prabowo, Attorney General ST Burhanuddin, as Deputy Chair I of the Forest Area Enforcement Task Force (Satgas PKH), symbolically handed over the amount to Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa.

Additionally, the sixth-stage palm oil plantation reclaimed by Satgas PKH, covering 30,543.40 hectares, was handed over from the Attorney General to the Finance Minister, then passed to Danantara COO Dony Oskaria, and subsequently to PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara President Director Mohammad Abdul Ghani.

In his remarks, President Prabowo stated that the handover is part of efforts to recover state finances and assets that have occurred on several occasions during his administration.

“This is an honour and a joy for me that this has happened multiple times in the government I lead, which has only been 1.5 years old,” the President said.

The Head of State mentioned that in October 2025, the government successfully recovered Rp13.2 trillion in state funds from a corruption case involving the provision of crude palm oil export facilities and its derivatives.

“Thus, the total cash we have successfully recovered to date is Rp31.3 trillion. This is a very large figure,” Prabowo said.

In his report, the Attorney General explained that the trillions of rupiah stem from the collection of administrative fines in the forestry sector by Satgas PKH amounting to Rp7,230,036,440,742.

Then, non-tax state revenues (PNBP) representing state financial recoveries from corruption cases handled by the Republic of Indonesia Attorney’s Office from January to March 2026, valued at Rp1,967,867,845,912.

Next, tax deposit revenues from January to April 2026 amounting to Rp967,779,890,000.

Furthermore, state revenues through tax deposits from PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara amounting to Rp180,574,134,443.

Finally, PNBP from environmental fines amounting to Rp1,145,847,307,471.

Furthermore, the leader of the Adhyaksa Corps stated that since the formation of Satgas PKH in February 2025 until now, the task force has successfully recovered state financial assets reaching Rp371,100,411,143,235.
