Prabowo witnesses handover of state fund recovery worth Rp10 trillion

Jakarta (ANTARA) - President Prabowo Subianto witnessed the handover of the results of enforcement in the form of administrative fines and state financial recovery worth Rp10.27 trillion at the Attorney General’s Office in Jakarta on Wednesday.

The handover represents the collection of administrative fines and state financial recovery for 2026 valued at Rp10,270,051,886,464. Stacks of trillions of rupiah were also displayed at the handover event.

In the presence of President Prabowo, Attorney General ST Burhanuddin, as Deputy Chair I of the Forest Area Enforcement Task Force (PKH), symbolically handed over the amount to Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa.

Additionally, the seventh phase of oil palm plantations recovered by the PKH Task Force, covering 2,373,171.75 hectares, was handed over from the Attorney General to the Finance Minister, then to Danantara CEO Dony Oskaria, and subsequently to PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara President Director Mohammad Abdul Ghani.

In his remarks, President Prabowo expressed pride in witnessing the handover of the administrative fine results.

According to the President, the Rp10 trillion is evidence that the Indonesian people must see.

With this money, the government can complete the renovation of 5,000 puskesmas using Rp10 trillion.

“A report from the Health Minister, sir, we have 10,000 puskesmas from the time of Mr Suharto; for 30 years, those puskesmas have not been repaired. I said, how much money is needed to repair 10,000? Approximately Rp2 billion per puskesmas. So we need about Rp20 trillion; today, that means we can complete 5,000 puskesmas with Rp10 trillion,” said Prabowo.

President Prabowo emphasised that many public facilities such as puskesmas, schools, and transportation need repairs, especially in remote areas.

With this successfully recovered state money, said Prabowo, the Indonesian people can feel the same benefits as urban communities.

“We will repair everything with money that, if we don’t save it, that money will be lost, eaten by corruptors and those thieves and robbers,” stressed President Prabowo.
