Prabowo Witnesses Exchange of 10 RI-South Korea MoUs, from Economy to AI
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, together with South Korean President Lee Jae Myung, witnessed the announcement and exchange of 10 memorandums of understanding (MoUs) between the two countries at the Presidential Palace of the Republic of Korea, Cheong Wa Dae (Blue House), on Wednesday (1/4/2026). According to the Presidential Secretariat, this MoU exchange serves as a concrete manifestation of strengthening the strategic partnership between the two nations. The announced agreements encompass various priority sectors, ranging from the economy, energy, digital, to health and future industries. The government emphasised that this cooperation represents a joint commitment to building a resilient future through a strong and mutually beneficial partnership. Through this collaboration, both countries affirm a shared direction towards sustainable development, enhancement of industrial competitiveness, and long-term collaboration to provide real benefits to society.
