Prabowo: We Are Ready to Die on the Right Path Defending the People!

Jakarta – President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto saluted the Task Force for Forest Area Regulation (Satgas PKH) for their dedication in saving state finances. The moment occurred as he attended the handover ceremony for the results of financial and state asset recovery at the Attorney General’s Office, Jakarta, on Friday, 10 April 2026. Initially, the Head of State emphasised that the struggle to defend the people’s interests is inseparable from various challenges and resistances. “Brothers and sisters, the firmer we are, the more steadfast we are, the more we defend the people, the more we will be opposed, the more we will be attacked. Do not worry, do not worry. They will use all means, they will use the money they stole to finance movements. We are not intimidated,” Prabowo stated. Prabowo said that the people are always with the government to safeguard and save state funds. “The people believe, the people are with us, the people are proud of you, the people see you all, how many times again we will prove that we want to secure and save the people’s money,” he said. Prabowo reaffirmed the government’s commitment to continue efforts to eradicate deviations without fear. “How many times again we will prove we will not stop, we will not be intimidated, we move forward continuously defending the nation and state,” he asserted. Then, Prabowo directly saluted the members of Satgas PKH. He emphasised that he and the government are ready to struggle on the right path to defend the people. “Thank you, keep up the good fight, keep up the good fight. I respect your work. We are ready to die on the right path defending the people; it is a very noble task,” he concluded.
