Prabowo to Receive Letters of Credential from Ambassadors of Friendly Nations Today

President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to receive Letters of Credential from Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassadors. The event will be held at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta.

According to information gathered on Monday (8/6/2026), the presentation of credentials from ambassadors of friendly nations to Prabowo will take place this afternoon.

Middle of last week, State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi also touched upon the agenda. He noted that this event would differ from the inauguration of state officials.

“For the sake of effectiveness, (the presentation of credentials by Ambassadors) is planned for the same day. However, the inauguration forum is certainly different,” said Prasetyo at the Presidential Palace complex in Jakarta on Thursday (4/6/2026) evening.

“The inauguration of state officials will be separate from the presentation of credentials from ambassadors of friendly nations,” he added.
