Prabowo to Give Briefing Today, Ministers Summoned to the Palace

President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto will give a briefing to the entire ranks of ministries and agencies at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta on Wednesday (8/4). “The President will certainly convey a briefing on strategic matters regarding government policies, state policies, and updates on the situation,” said the Head of the Government Communication Agency, Angga Raka Prabowo, at the Presidential Palace Complex in Jakarta on Wednesday (8/4). Separately, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya stated that the event will be held at 2:00 PM WIB. Teddy said that those attending will include the ranks of ministers from the Merah Putih Cabinet along with all Echelon 1 in Ministries/Agencies. In addition, he said that all Director Generals/Deputies as well as the CEOs of SOEs will also attend. “Later at 2:00 PM at the Palace. Mr. President is gathering all members of the Merah Putih Cabinet along with all Echelon 1 of Ministries/Agencies, all Director Generals/Deputies as well as SOE CEOs,” said Teddy via text message. The plan for today’s meeting was also confirmed by the Head of BP Taskin, Budiman Sudjatmiko. He said that this meeting will discuss the macroeconomic situation by the President, the Governor of BI, and other related parties. “Presentation of the macroeconomic situation by the President, the Governor of BI, and others,” said Budiman.
