Prabowo to attend mass FLPP mortgage signing in Batang
The mass akad will be conducted in a hybrid format involving 62,000 debtors, comprising 200 attending in person in Batang and 61,800 participating online from 36 provinces.
Jakarta (ANTARA) — President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto will attend the mass akad for the Sejahtera housing mortgage scheme (KPR) under the FLPP facility in Batang, Central Java, on Thursday, as part of the Three Million Houses programme.
“The President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, will attend and witness the Mass Akad of the Sejahtera Housing Ownership Credit (KPR) under the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) scheme on Thursday, 30 July 2026, in Batang, Central Java,” said Minister of State Secretariat Prasetyo Hadi in a statement quoted in Jakarta on Thursday.
The event forms part of the Three Million Houses programme, which the government continues to push in order to expand access to decent housing ownership for low-income communities (MBR).
It will be the third in a series of mass FLPP KPR akad ceremonies, which President Prabowo previously attended in Cileungsi, Bogor, on 29 September 2025, and in Serang, Banten, on 20 December 2025.
Prasetyo said the mass akad ceremony marks that the houses built are ready to be owned and occupied by the public.
“This reflects the government’s commitment to continuing to reduce the housing backlog and to provide decent, affordable and sustainable homes for Indonesian families,” said Prasetyo.
As of July 2026, a total of 107,410 low-income households have been recorded as beneficiaries of FLPP financing, with an occupancy rate reaching 93.35 per cent.
